We are very close to the Cayuco Maya Beach club (1000 meters). You can walk or drive your car (there is parking). The entrance to the beach club is free for Aqua Viva guests as long as you have a drink at the bar :)

The center of Bacalar is about 20 minutes driving distance. We recommend renting your own car or you can always use Bacalar's taxi service.

The weather is good all year round in Bacalar, there is always something to do. The best time to visit Bacalar in terms of weather is from December through March. During these months you have the least rainfall of the year and more pleasant temperatures.

If you cancel 7 DAYS or MORE before check-in (e.g., the date prior to the due date for the payment of the remaining balance of the reservation), you will recieve a 100% refund.
