What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out at 10 am. Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Each villa has its own door code and there is a guard 24/7, so a late arrival is no problem.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before arrival.
How do I get there, and do I need a car?
We are north of Bacalar, about 15 minutes by car. We recommend renting a car; taxis are also available in Bacalar.
Is there internet and reliable power?
Yes. Starlink across the whole complex and a generator that covers the power cuts that are common in the area.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children are welcome and there is a playground. We don’t accept pets.
Can I book several villas at once?
Yes. In the search bar, choose how many villas you need (for example, 3 pool view villas) and pay for them in a single booking. You can book up to 4 villas online; for more villas or to mix views, message us.
How do I book experiences?
